The Housing Resource Center provides financial literacy and home loan educational classes, connecting
clients to various loan resources and programs, renter rights and responsibilities trainings, and
identifying local, state, and employer homebuyer/homeownership programs.
The housing resource center staff are members of the Housing Action Team, A collective of public
and private agencies united under the United Way of Morgan County’s Collective Impact
Initiative. Housing action team members are focused on Morgan County housing solutions and
will work collaboratively to create safe and stable housing opportunities and a more diverse
housing ecosystem for folks living in Morgan County.
